He is currently the Interim Head of School for The Colorado Springs School and an executive in residence at CC’s Economics and Business Department.

EVP and Managing Director at Alliant Insurance Services, leading the national Real Estate and Hospitality division. With 24+ years in insurance and risk management, he’s a recognized expert in contractual risk and a frequent industry speaker. He also actively volunteers in his community.

Founder and principal of Polaris Consulting, LLC and the Polaris-Hutton Group.

Chief Operating Officer at Healthcare Services Group, where he leads strategic operations across Environmental, Dining, and Clinical services, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. He brings prior leadership experience from PNC Bank.

Co-founder of Reich & Tang, fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, member of the board of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and Chairman of the Board of the New York Philharmonic.

4x Olympian and first American woman to earn a medal in the summer and winter Olympics.
